The material we are dealing with are NR, CR, NBR, EPDM, FKM, Silicon Rubber, PTFE, TPE (Santoprene)，PE，PVC，HDPE，UHMW. Our production process includes press molding, injection molding and extrusion. The size of the heating plate of our press machines varies from 12 to 50 inches and the tonnage is from 50MT to 1,000 MT. The industry we serve includes pumps, automotive, homely appliance, oil exploring etc.
Among the many custom polyester parts that have been supplied by Nosways, the valve balls and diaphragms are what we have been extremely successful in. Nosways has been supplying high-quality valve balls and diaphragms to world famous air-operated double diaphragm pump manufacturers. We are proud of the quality and functionality. Our balls and diaphragms ran for over 2,000 hours in our customer’s lab again and again and they surpass the lifecycle of American made parts.

Injection Molding offers the fastest cycle times, provides the maximum product consistency, and produces molded rubber and plastic parts that display a virtual flash-free finish eliminating the need for additional trim work.
Transfer Molding offers shorter cycle times and better product consistency than compression molding and is the preferred process for rubber-to-metal molded parts.
Compression Molding offers the lowest mold costs, generates the least amount of “throw away” material for a lower cost per part, and is the optimum way to produce large molded rubber and plastic products.
